Privacy
Your quiz answers stay in your browser. We do not send them to an account, keep a quiz history for you, or put them in the page address.
For most quizzes, we save unfinished progress in that browser so you can leave and come back. The compatibility test works differently and keeps both people's answers only in the open page.

Quiz answers and results
Your browser uses your answers to calculate the result. We do not send your answers, scores, or result profile to an analytics service or a quiz record held by us.
We do not save a finished result in browser site storage. There are no Kink Tests accounts, result histories, or personal result links.
Saved progress
Most quizzes save your unfinished answers and your place in the quiz in this browser. This lets you resume in the same browser profile. Saved progress does not contain a name or email address, but it does contain your choices and should be treated as private.
Anyone who can use the same unlocked browser profile may be able to resume an unfinished quiz. If browser storage is blocked or unavailable, you can still take the quiz, but you cannot return to saved progress.
Removing saved progress
We remove saved progress when you finish a quiz. Restarting clears your previous choices and starts new saved progress from the first question. Unfinished progress has no automatic expiry and may remain until you return, restart the quiz, or clear it yourself.
You can remove all saved Kink Tests progress from a browser profile by clearing the site's data in your browser settings. Clearing history alone may not clear site data.
The compatibility test
We do not save either person's compatibility answers in browser site storage. Both sets of answers stay in the open page while the comparison is in progress and after the result appears.
At the handoff, we hide person one's answers before person two starts. Restarting, reloading, or closing the page discards the comparison. On a shared device, pass the device only when the handoff screen is showing.
URLs, copying, and sharing
We do not add quiz answers, scores, or results to page addresses. A standard quiz result may have Copy result and Share result buttons. They use the quiz title, the result heading, and a page link with any query or fragment removed. The compatibility result has no built-in sharing buttons.
Copy result puts that text on your device's clipboard. Share result gives it to the app or service you choose. We cannot remove copies from your clipboard, screenshots, messages, or another service.
Web requests and other sites
When you visit Kink Tests, your browser requests the pages and files needed to show the site. The servers that deliver them can receive your IP address, browser details, the requested page, and the time of the request. These requests do not contain your quiz answers or result.
Some pages link to other websites. If you follow one of those links, the other website receives its own web request and handles it under its own privacy terms.
